Doula Support

Offerings

Support for birthing people across the thresholds of pregnancy, birth, early parenthood, and experiences of loss.

First Offering

Doula Holding

A place to rest your story

For when you want to slow down, breathe, and have your experience deeply acknowledged. This isn't a fixing nor an advice giving space—this is listening, witnessing and support.

You are not asked to arrive at a predetermined point. It can simply be that you have recognised your need for support and holding, and you want to lean in and explore that. Gently, and without pressure.

With traditional doula offerings, there will usually be a fairly standard schedule of birth and postpartum support, or standalone postnatal support, and that can feel limiting to some. It may be that you aren't ready or wanting the commitment of that sort of package, or that your needs simply don't fit there.

This is about the deep exhale, the place from which your own wants and needs can come forward.

The doula holding space offers you a forum to feel into where you are at, which can be so valuable, when often we are expected to know what we need already.

You will also have flexibility on how you would like to be supported in your own unique journey.

The doula holding space is an invitation to you if:

  • You are longing to feel safe, heard, and connected—but unsure where to find that kind of depth.
  • You are feeling tender, overwhelmed, or uncertain in the landscape of pregnancy, birth, loss, and beyond.
  • You have realised you are entering some deep thresholds e.g. birth, loss, identity shifts.
  • You have been holding curiosity about working with a doula.
  • Carrying fears, grief, or unspoken worries that don't fit neatly into mainstream perinatal care.
  • You know in your gut we aren't meant to be doing this alone, and you don't want to.

Investment

Depending on the spaciousness needed to rest your story, you can book:

Standalone Call

£65

1 hour session held on Zoom

Series of Three

£180

3 × 1 hour sessions held on Zoom

Will offer you the space to be deeply witnessed.

Book ended by a grounding exercise at open and close, if that feels good to you, in support of nervous system regulation.

Second Offering

Doula Companioning

Your continuous thread of support

At its core, a doula's role is to companion, to hold space, to offer skilful support when we find ourselves in life's threshold moments. Pregnancy, birth, new parenthood, loss—all present us some of the biggest thresholds we will ever experience.

And societally, with a very real lack of community, many of us understand how painful and bewildering it can be to cross these with inadequate support.

Doula companioning accompanies you at your own unique thresholds, bringing steady, attuned, presence, and flexible support tailored to you.

Here you are offered a gently held space to return to, and a place to land the in-between moments where questions, emotions, and decisions arise. Whether that's uncertainty around care options, waves of fear or doubt about birth, conflicting advice, or simply a sense of not feeling quite anchored in yourself.

Companioning offers a gently held container that supports both the emotional and practical unfolding of this time. It is not rigid or prescriptive, but responsive—shaped around your needs as they arise.

Each companioning option includes:

  • 2 calls of 60 minutes per month
  • Ongoing voice note / message support (Monday–Friday, within agreed response rhythms)
  • Emotional holding, reflection, and grounded guidance
  • Practical support and navigation where needed
